Most people find that the add-on to their computer is less expensive that a full device devoted only to video conferencing. The newest form of multi conferencing is the online conference. This type combines all of the best aspects from audio and video conferencing, but it also adds in a list of features that really seem to make it the latest and greatest of the technologies. Presenters can upload streaming video presentations, control participant’s computers remotely, send files, take participants on web tours, and many more features. Participants only need to have their own computers with online access. That way they can either download the web conferencing software directly to their system, or simply input a designated URL that will bring them into the conference.
